City area train, also known as City area (Suburban) railway train, is a short distance rail transit system that serves the core cities of urban agglomerations and surrounding towns, providing high-capacity and public transportation services for commuting passenger flow, filling the gap in transportation distance between subway and high-speed rail. This competition focuses on urban vehicles as the research object, outlining a new form of urban vehicles in the future. Participants can combine cutting-edge technologies such as new technologies, new materials, and new processes to design the exterior, interior, and CMF of vehicles. There is no limit to the number of submissions.

What materials you should provide:

1. Core design results (mandatory)

(1) Complete and clear design specifications. Must include:

Name of the work, design concept, innovative points, and functional description.

Design sketches and high-definition renderings (including exterior/interior multi perspective rendering, interior space layout, key structural details, design analysis, etc.).

Design specification document: 16:9 PPT, within 20 pages.

Design exhibition board: A3 size (420mm × 297mm), 1 page.

(2) The shortlisted works must provide complete 3D models, videos, or proportional solid models. include:

Compliance requirements

1. All submitted materials are strictly prohibited from displaying the participant's name, company logo, or QR code. Violators will be disqualified and considered invalid works.

2. Quoting open source resources requires indicating the source.

Intellectual Property Consensus

1. The competition proposal must be an original work that has not been listed and has no intellectual property disputes. In case of disputes, all participants shall bear the responsibility, and the organizer of the competition has the right to unilaterally cancel their participation and award eligibility at any stage of the competition.

2. To be shortlisted for the final evaluation, relevant intellectual property certificates must be submitted, or intellectual property rights confirmation services must be provided through the competition's official website to ensure the originality of the entries.

3. All intellectual property rights of the award-winning works belong to CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. Participants reserve the right of signature.
